PREPARATOR/BUDGET ESTIMATOR FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR DIVISION

Responsibilities:

• Supporting coordination of construction phases
• Managing project records – change orders, recalculations, etc.
• Preparing, conducting, and evaluating tenders for subcontractors and suppliers; negotiating with subcontractors
• Preparing and working with construction schedules
• Communicating with site engineers and stakeholders (investors, designers, authorities)
• Requesting quotations from subcontractors and preparing tender documentation
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of bills of quantities, tender documents, and subcontractor submissions
• Reviewing cost offers, project documentation, and technical inputs
• Cooperating with designers and investors on design changes, additional works, omissions
• Preparing subcontractor contracts and amendments
• Archiving project documentation and evaluating completed projects
• Gathering market information (price lists, brochures, exhibitions)
• Supporting monitoring of project financial performance

Requirements:

• Secondary education in Civil Engineering or strong interest in construction
• Ability to read and interpret project documentation
• MS Excel and Kros software knowledge
• Responsible, precise, communicative, and a team player
• Time flexibility
• Driving license, category B
