PROJECT MANAGER – FIT-OUT PROJECTS DIVISION

Responsibilities:

• Managing construction sites
• Full project management across all phases
• Building and leading the project team
• Preparing and monitoring project schedules and budgets
• Coordinating subcontractor activities
• Monitoring project costs and revenues
• Responsibility for timely project delivery
• Risk and opportunity analysis and management
• Managing and controlling complete project documentation
• Ensuring compliance with required quality standards and occupational safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical position (ideally with fit-out projects, but experience with residential projects also considered)
• Strong interest in construction
• MS Excel and Word proficiency (AutoCAD an advantage)
• English/German an advantage
• Responsible, independent, detail-oriented, communicative, and a team player
• Driving license, category B
