PROJECT MANAGER – FIT-OUT PROJECTS DIVISION

Responsible for complete independent project delivery from takeover to handover (as General Contractor) – monitoring project costs and reporting, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, preparing and managing project schedules, leading site meetings, supervising work quality, and coordinating subcontractors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Managing construction sites
  • Full project management across all phases
  • Building and leading the project team
  • Preparing and monitoring project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating subcontractor activities
  • Monitoring project costs and revenues
  • Ensuring timely project delivery
  • Risk and opportunity analysis and management
  • Managing and controlling complete project documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education in Civil Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical role (ideally with fit-out projects, but residential construction experience also considered)
  • Strong interest in construction
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (AutoCAD an advantage)
  • English or German an advantage
  • Responsible, independent, detail-oriented, communicative, and a team player
  • Driving license, category B
