JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Building Services (MEP) deliveries
  • Site management – responsible for control and execution of projects
  • Full project management across all phases
  • Monitoring project costs and revenues
  • Managing and controlling all project documentation
  • Ensuring timely project delivery
  • Coordinating subcontractor activities
  • Communication with designers and suppliers
  • Internal cooperation with cost estimation team
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical position
  • Interest in Building Services (MEP)
  • Ability to read project documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Independent, reliable, and responsible
  • Flexible, time-committed
  • English an advantage
  • Driving license, category B
