PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE MEP DIVISION

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Coordinating Building Services (MEP) deliveries
Site management – responsible for control and execution of projects
Full project management across all phases
Monitoring project costs and revenues
Managing and controlling all project documentation
Ensuring timely project delivery
Coordinating subcontractor activities
Communication with designers and suppliers
Internal cooperation with cost estimation team
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum secondary education
At least 2 years of experience in a technical position
Interest in Building Services (MEP)
Ability to read project documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Strong communication and organizational skills
Independent, reliable, and responsible
Flexible, time-committed
English an advantage
Driving license, category B
